Questions and answers

The reception is located on the ground floor in the dufart. It is open as needed. Next to it is a bulletin board with information about current events in the town and its surroundings. There is also a mailbox for returning your keys when you leave. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival when booking.

For more flexibility the arrivals are handled in the form of “self-check in” (instructions are sent by email or sms). You can check in from 12:00.

Payment for the stay is possible online before arrival. On the site you can pay by the card or cash.

 

On the Mäsiarska street is paid parking on working days: Monday-Friday 8:00 – 16:00   (1,- €/ 1 hour). all other times is PARKING FOR FREE (that means during weekends too).

Parking on the perpendicular street – Košická is for FREE.

There are 2 large free parking lots next to the Kosice Gate (3 minutes walking).
