The reception is located on the ground floor in the dufart. It is open as needed. Next to it is a bulletin board with information about current events in the town and its surroundings. There is also a mailbox for returning your keys when you leave. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival when booking. Late afternoon and evening arrivals are handled in the form of “self-check in” (instructions are sent by email or sms). You can check in from 12:00.

Payment for the stay is possible online before arrival. On the site you can pay by the card or cash.

Parking is for free on the Mäsiarska street and the perpendicular street to it – Košická street too. Unfortunately, the parking spot cannot be reserved, it is public space. You can park in front of the neighbouring houses too. It is necessary to respect the “no parking” sign in front of some gates. In the morning it is sometimes more difficult to park, in the afternoon-evening it is freer. If all the spaces are occupied, there is a large free parking lot with a camera system on the left side by the Kosice Gate (walk 2-3 minutes).
